This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on store.joystories.co, a sub-venture operated under Joy Stories.
1. Nature of Products
JoyStories Store specializes in customized, personalized, and handmade products, including handwritten letters and custom gift articles, created specifically based on customer instructions.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed.
- Since each product is made to order, cancellation requests after confirmation cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds shall be issued for confirmed orders, except in cases explicitly stated below.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personal message or customization provided by the customer
- Minor variations in handwriting, layout, or artistic presentation
4. Exceptions (Limited Cases)
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following situations:
- Product delivered is materially different from what was ordered
- Product is damaged during transit, supported by photographic evidence
- Order is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the logistics partner
All such claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date by emailing edward@joystories.co.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refund timelines are subject to banking and payment gateway processing cycles.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Final Decision
JoyStories Store reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds or replacements, subject to verification and compliance with this policy.
