All shipments are fulfilled through Shiprocket, our authorized third-party logistics provider.

Customers must ensure that all delivery and contact information provided is accurate and complete.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email upon dispatch.
Concerns regarding damaged, delayed, or lost shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date to edward@joystories.co.
