Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on store.joystories.co, a sub-venture operated under Joy Stories.

1. Serviceable Areas

JoyStories Store currently ships products within India only.

2. Logistics Partner

All shipments are fulfilled through Shiprocket, our authorized third-party logistics provider.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Products sold are customized and handcrafted, including handwritten letters; therefore, processing times may vary.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to courier and operational constraints beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers must ensure that all delivery and contact information provided is accurate and complete.

JoyStories Store shall not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Shipment Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email upon dispatch.

8. Delivery Issues

Concerns regarding damaged, delayed, or lost shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date to edward@joystories.co.
